About the group

Built on stone. Structured for what comes next.

Pusapati Group began with PIPL Concrete, a ready-mix supplier founded in 2024, and has grown into four connected engines spanning materials, trade, real estate and hospitality, with digital infrastructure planned for the future.

Who we are

An industrial group with an engineer's bias.

The group's operating centre is material. Aggregates are quarried, crushed and graded; GGBS is supplied as a supplementary cementitious material; concrete is designed, batched and dispatched under a controlled quality protocol. From there the group moves outward — into multi-category material trade, construction contracting and, through Anaya, into villa development and hospitality.

What holds the group together is not a single product line but a single standard. A mix design approved at the plant is the mix that reaches the pour. A grade specified for a structure is the grade that arrives on site. Digital infrastructure is planned as the fourth engine — the same discipline applied to compute capacity.

"To be India's most trusted integrated building group — from quarry to skyline to stay."

Group vision

The journey

Capability built in stages.

Timeline dates and milestone details are pending publication approval and will be added once verified by the group.

  1. Founded 202401

    PIPL Concrete

The group began as a ready-mix concrete supplier, then developed connected materials, trade and project capabilities.

  2. Expansion02

    Ready-mix concrete

Aggregate capability extended into engineered concrete, with batching, mix design and a quality laboratory.

  3. Integration03

    Trade and supplementary materials

GGBS, multi-category material trade and an export desk built around the group's own supply base.

  4. Delivery04

    Construction and villas

Contracting capability and Anaya villas — the group building with, and then operating on, its own materials.

  5. Next05

    Digital infrastructure

Edge colocation planned as the fourth engine, connecting the group's industrial base to compute demand.

Vision

India's most trusted integrated building group.

Trust, in this industry, is measurable: the mix that was specified, the pour that was on time, the structure that performs. The group builds toward that standard across every engine.

Mission

Quality materials. Disciplined execution. Assets that keep earning.

Maintain clean books and fair dealing at every step, and expand only when the operating base is ready.

Mandate

One group, four engines, one quality system.

Standards, procurement and reporting are shared across companies so that a customer dealing with one company gets the assurance of the whole group.

Leadership

Leadership that builds on experience.

A family leadership team brings together industry experience, technical depth and hands-on operations across the Pusapati Group.

Core values

The rules we build by.

  • 01

    Build to specification

Materials are tested against the design mix, not against convenience. What is approved is what gets dispatched.

  • 02

    Own the handover

One group across quarry, plant, site and stay means fewer places for accountability to disappear.

  • 03

    Engineer the constraint

Heat, access, tolerance, programme — the constraints are the work. We design around them instead of explaining them later.

  • 04

    Grow the region with us

Vendors, contractors and teams who build with the group should grow as the group grows.

  • 05

    Leave the ground better

Water, dust, energy and land use are engineering decisions with a long tail. We treat them that way.

Sustainability

Cleaner material, better-run sites.

Environmental performance figures are not yet published. The measures below describe current practice, not verified outcomes.

Manufactured sand

M-sand substitutes for river sand in concrete and plaster, reducing pressure on riverbed ecosystems.

Supplementary cementitious materials

GGBS replaces a portion of cement in mixes, lowering embodied carbon and hydration heat.

Water and dust management

Wet processing, sprinkling and paved haul routes are used to control dust and water use at plant and quarry.

Local sourcing and employment

Operations are staffed and supplied locally wherever capability exists, keeping value in the region.
